사주 지르기 이

Saju Jireugi means 'four directions punch' and it's often the first exercise taught to beginners in Changheonyu Taekwondo.

This exercise is similar to variation number one, except whenever you would do low outer-forearm block, you instead perform mid inner-forearm block

1 Step forwards towards A with the right foot. right walking stance, 오른 걷는 서기 (oreun geonneun seogi) mid punch, 가운데 지르기 (gaunde jireugi)
2 Move the right foot back to the left foot, turn to the left to look towards D, then step backwards with the right foot. left walking stance, 왼 걷는 서기 (oen geonneun seogi) mid inner-forearm block, 가운데 안팔목 막기 (gaunde anpalmok makgi)
3 Step forwards towards D with the right foot. right walking stance, 오른 걷는 서기 (oreun geonneun seogi) mid punch, 가운데 지르기 (gaunde jireugi)
4 Move the right foot back to the left foot, turn to the left to look towards C, then step backwards with the right foot. left walking stance, 왼 걷는 서기 (oen geonneun seogi) mid inner-forearm block, 가운데 안팔목 막기 (gaunde anpalmok makgi)
5 Step forwards towards C with the right foot. right walking stance, 오른 걷는 서기 (oreun geonneun seogi) mid punch, 가운데 지르기 (gaunde jireugi)
6 Move the right foot back to the left foot, turn to the left to look towards B, then step backwards with the right foot. left walking stance, 왼 걷는 서기 (oen geonneun seogi) mid inner-forearm block, 가운데 안팔목 막기 (gaunde anpalmok makgi)
